This Nanoblock kit recreates Kiyomizu Temple, one of Kyoto’s most famous landmarks. The real Kiyomizu-dera is a historic Buddhist temple founded in 780 and is especially known for its large wooden stage, built without nails, that extends from the main hall over the hillside. It is also part of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Historic Monuments of Ancient Kyoto. The model captures the temple’s warm wooden architecture, tiled rooflines, and surrounding autumn foliage in miniature form.
