This Nanoblock Spotted Seal kit recreates the rounded body, flippers, and mottled gray coat of this cold-water marine mammal in miniature brick form. Spotted seals live in the northern Pacific and Arctic-edge seas, often resting on sea ice during breeding and molting seasons. Their pups are born with a fluffy white coat that helps camouflage them on ice, while adults develop the darker spots that give the species its name. The kit’s small companion figure nicely echoes that parent-and-pup relationship.
